Amazon Global Selling has introduced a new solution called Amazon Seller Export and Delivery (Amazon SEND) in Việt Nam. This initiative aims to support merchants in enhancing their cross-border logistics and supply chain operations.

Peng Jiaqi, the Head of Product and Seller Education at Amazon Global Selling Asia, highlighted that Amazon SEND stands out as a comprehensive inbound logistics solution, seamlessly integrated into the system and offered in collaboration with third-party carrier partners. This collaboration allows Amazon SEND to provide exceptional logistics resources, enabling sellers to conduct cross-border e-commerce business with greater efficiency.

Vietnamese selling partners can leverage Amazon SEND to ship their products to the United States, benefiting from a wider range of cross-border logistical options when exporting and selling on Amazon. The service offers reasonable pricing, smooth performance, straightforward Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) inbound processes, and transparent tracking, ensuring a seamless experience for sellers.

Of particular significance, selling partners can conveniently access this service directly through Amazon's Seller Central platform. This streamlined approach enables them to enjoy a highly efficient and cost-effective end-to-end cross-border inbound logistics experience.

Currently, Amazon SEND has been launched for air freight delivery and is available to cross-border e-commerce sellers from seven countries: China, India, Việt Nam, Thailand, Mexico, the UK, and Germany. Sellers can conveniently ship their products to Amazon's operation centres in the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. — VNS
