After 28 years of operating in the market as a friendly retail bank, An Binh Commercial Joint Stock Bank has launched a new corporate brand identity that underlines a commitment to bringing better experiences to customers.
The new brand identity was adopted in August 2019. As part of this, 95 of the lender’s 165 transaction points have had their facade renovated and nearly 30 have changed their interiors.
It is expected that the changes will be implemented at all transaction points by this year.
Combining the familiar turquoise and orange colours to suggest differentiation, strength and reliability, the new identity which supplements the streamlined, impressive, youthful and modern details, more clearly reflects its brand personality and vision as a friendly and dynamic retail bank, one of the banks with the best retail services in Viet Nam.
Its new logo features a stylized arc that is redolent of a smile, showcasing an image of a bank that is friendly to customers as befits its slogan of ‘Provide solutions - Get a Smile.
The bank has also changed halls for transactions at its branches to further improve the customer experience, with a priority counter area for VIP customers, seniors, pregnant women, people with disabilities, and those accompanied by children.
Customers can enjoy free wifi, charge their phones and other mobile devices while waiting, and in the self-service area get information about and experience products and services that meet their needs.
Le Hai, general director of ABBANK, said: “Customer-centricity, customer satisfaction are the mottos ABBANK has pursued for many years. Creating a better experience for customers is ABBANK’s stronger and fresher initiative on its journey to becoming closer with them and a reliable partner.”
Together with rebooting its brand identity to become closer with customers, the bank has also redesigned its head office to create professional working spaces to bring more added value to customers and employees. — VNS
