A two-week promotion of Thai products has begun at MM Mega Market supermarkets around the country.
It offers discounts of up to 45 per cent on many products and a discovery of Thai culture and cuisine.
The event started with celebrations of Songkran, the Thai New Year.
The two-week event offers customer the chance to enjoy Thai food made by MM’s professional chefs at food counters at all 12 stores in the country.
Bruno Jousselin, managing director of MM Mega Market Vietnam, said: “For many years MM has played an active role of a cultural promoter and food supply chain connector between the two countries. Besides bringing imported Thai products, since 2019 MM Mega Market has also been exporting globally, particularly to Thailand, many products such as fruits and vegetables, frozen products, dry foods.”
At the opening of the event, MMMM launched ‘Kitchen Studio’ with a full range of equipment targeted at both professional and household customers.
MM plans to create a community of professional chefs who will update each other and share new recipes made from MM's ingredients. — VNS
