Vingroup wins three prizes in VUPA

The real estate developer Vingroup Thursday won three honours at the Viet Nam Urban Planning Awards (VUPA) ceremony.

Vinpearl South Hoi An received the special award for the 'built areas', Vinhomes Ocean Park received the gold award for the 'construction planning project' and Vinhomes JSC received the outstanding award for 'organisation participating in managing excellent urban development.'

Vinpearl South Hoi An spreads across 179ha, located near Hoi An Ancient Town, My Son Sanctuary and Cu Lao Cham Biosphere Reserve. The development incorporates landscape and historical culture into the overall architecture.

Regarding planning organisation, Vinpearl South Hoi An has a smart infrastructure system with a combination of five-star hotels and villas systems; high-end entertainment and sports services; Vinpearl Land amusement park offers world-class entertainment experiences with performance activities, traditional trade villages with bold Vietnamese culture; Vinpearl River Safari, the first semi-wild animal conservation park in Viet Nam; and the high-tech agricultural zone combining sightseeing, discover and experience VinEco ecology.
