Viettel launches largest customer care programme

Viettel Telecom Corporation on Tuesday in Ha Noi launched Viettel ++, the largest customer loyalty programme in the telecommunication sector so far, which could serve its 70 million users.

The programme will apply for all customers using the company’s products and services including mobile phones, landlines, internet and digital television.

Viettel customers do not need to register to join the programme. The system will automatically create accounts and provide preferential services for customers.

In addition, the programme allows customers to collect points when using different services, thus helping them upgrade their membership and enjoy more privileges from Viettel ++.

Viettel has more than 300 partners in insurance, education, restaurants, shopping, tourism, hotel and healthcare to help customers easily enjoy bonuses from the programme.

Customers can use the offers through *098#, 18008098, MyViettel and website http://cong.viettel.vn.

Cao Anh Son, Viettel Telecom’s general director said Viettel has created a revolution in customer care in Viet Nam. The launch of the programme is in line with its digital transformation trend.

Officially participating in the telecom market since October 15, 2000, with a cheap tariff strategy and network coverage nationwide, Viettel has provided momentum contributing to the success of the telecom revolution such as popularising mobile phone and internet use in the country. — VNS
