HA NOI (Biz Hub) – Vietnam Airlines will apply new check-in time frames for flights beginning December 1 to improve its customer service, reported Vietnamplus.
The national carrier's check-in counters will be opened three hours before international flights instead of the current two-and-a-half hours. The check-in time for domestic flights stays the same.
The check-in counters for international flights will be closed 50 minutes before the scheduled flight or 10 minutes earlier than the current 60 minutes. For domestic flights, counters will be closed 10 minutes earlier or 40 minutes before flights.
At international airports such as Charles de Gaulle, London Heathrow, Gatwick and Frankfurt, Vietnam Airlines' check-in counters will be closed 60 minutes before flights beginning December 1.
In case the flight schedule is changed, the check-in time will be adjusted to match the new schedule. – VNS
