Vietcombank appoints new general director
Vietcombank's board of directors has decided to appoint Nguyen Thanh Tung, deputy general director in charge of the bank's executive board, as the bank's general director from Monday (January 30).
Board of Directors of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank) has decided to appoint Nguyen Thanh Tung, deputy general director in charge of the bank's executive board, as the bank's general director from Monday (January 30).
In addition, the new general director was also named deputy secretary of the bank’s Party Committee for the 2020-25 term.
The new general director said that in order to deserve the trust and confidence of leaders, officers and colleagues, he committed to always strictly implement the guidelines of the Party, policies and regulations of the State.
He also committed to inherit and effectively promote achievements and experiences, following the direction of the previous leaders, for the quick, safe and sustainable development of the bank. — VNS
