The B&T wind power farm cluster with a capacity of 252 MW was inaugurated in Quang Ninh and Le Thuy districts, the central province of Quang Binh on Tuesday.
Hacom Bac Lieu Energy JSC on Sunday started construction on the first phase of Hoa Binh 5 wind power farm on 28ha in Vinh Thinh Commune, Hoa Binh District, the Mekong Delta province of Bac Lieu.
The provincial authority has granted licenses for several renewable energy projects, including solar power projects with a total capacity of nearly 1,817 MW worth VNĐ50 trillion and wind power projects with total capacity of 800MW worth VNĐ27.9 trillion
