There are currently about one million Vietnamese domain names issued and Viet Nam is among the top countries in terms of internationalised domain name distribution in the world, according to Government portal chinhphu.vn.
Just 20 per cent of Vietnamese companies have registered international
and local internet domain names, and the lack of web-based exposure
could hurt other firms in the future, experts said at a seminar
yesterday.
