The State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) has warned investors on the risk of conducting business and investment activities on trading floors that are not organised and operated by the Vietnam Stock Exchange (VNX) and its subsidiaries.
The number of private, unlicensed container and truck yards in HCM City’s districts 2 and 9 continues to increase because of a shortage of legal truck yards in the city.
Unlicensed buildings could be revaluated and might not be demolished, provided they can meet the required standards with further planning and development, said Le Quang Hung, deputy construction minister.

On 22 August 2013, the Government issued Decree No 95/2013/ND-CP,
referred to hereafter as Decree 95, that sets out administrative
sanctions for violations relating to labour rights, particularly those
related to social insurance and overseas labour contracts.
