Many Japanese businesses have expressed interest in investing in Viet Nam’s northern province of Ha Nam to supply top quality products to the Southeast Asian market, said Tsunemasa Teramoto, a representative from Japan’s Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
