The HCM City Department of Transport has warned that the shortage of public parking space is worsening because building parking lots is expensive and returns on them are low.
Apartment owners should soon be entitled to buy or rent parking lots in
apartment buildings, according to a circular that will come into effect
on April 2.
The HCM City authorities have allowed Vingroup to conduct a study of the
underground parking lot project in Tao Dan Park in the city''s District 1
on January 20.
