Overseas Vietnamese are contributing to the city’s development more than ever before but still face constraints in the business environment, according to the chairman of the HCM City Committee for Overseas Vietnamese.
More than 300 overseas Vietnamese businesspeople from 25 countries and territories met in HCM City yesterday to take part in the Business Association of Overseas Vietnamese’s (BAOOV) third congress.
