The Government has reduced the number of conditions and notification procedures required from online businesses in a bid to a more favourable investment environment online.
The Ministry of Finance has proposed amendments to the Law on Tax Management, aiming to enhance efficiency of tax collection from multinational companies, cross-border transactions and online businesses.
The HCM City Taxation Department has announced it will submit a specific plan for tax collection from online businesses to the City People’s Committee in early April and deploy the plan in the same month.
