A gauge of Vietnamese stocks climbed on Monday following encouraging news about the Prime Minister’s new decision on the establishment of the national stock exchange.
Brokerages on national stock exchanges will be rated according to new
criteria offering greater transparency, under a draft classification
produced by the Ministry of Finance (MoF) and the State Securities
Commission (SSC).
