The State Bank of Viet Nam this week approved in principle a plan
to merge the Saigon-Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB) and
the Vinaconex-Viettel Finance JSC (VVF).

its two giant mobile networks, Vinaphone and Mobifone, but let the other
