The State Bank of Viet Nam has approved Asia Commercial Bank (ACB)’s plan to raise its charter capital from VND16.6 trillion (US$721 million) to VND21.6 trillion.
The HCM City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank (HOSE: HDB) plans to pay 2019 dividend at a ratio of 65 per cent, with 50 per cent in stocks and 15 per cent in bonus shares.
Masan Resources Corporation plans to pay 2018 dividends in shares at a rate of 10 per cent, which means that a shareholder who own 100 shares will receive 10 new shares.
Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (Vinamilk) has announced plans to finalise the list of shareholders that will receive its second dividend payment for 2018 on December 28.
Vietjet will pay the dividend for its shareholders on September 19. With a charter capital of VND5.41 trillion (US$240 million), Vietjet will spend over VND1 trillion to advance the first dividend payment of 2018.
Listed companies with positive second-quarter earning prospects, as well as high dividend payment, are likely to attract investors in the future, after the effect of the Q1 result has cooled.
