The Ministry of Construction (MoC) is completing a draft resolution to encourage the development of low-cost commercial apartments to submit to the Government in the third quarter of this year.
Ha Noi has proposed to the Prime Minister to put in place a special mechanism to build 22,300 commercial apartments, which would help add to the housing stock for relocation.
The Ministry of Construction (MoC) has allowed the Dat Lanh Real Estate Company to temporarily apply the minimum areas of 25sq.m for its commercial apartments. However, the apartments should still ensure enough functional space for living.
