Representatives from the cities of Da Nang and Japan''s Yokohama have
agreed on an extension of the Memorandum of Understanding on technical
co-operation in urban development to 2016-19.
Da Nang plans to open a representative office in Yokohama, Japan, to
co-ordinate investment, trade, tourism and other co-operation between
the two sides.
Japanese businesses were called to boost investment in a Hi-Tech Park
and Information Technology (IT) Park in Viet Nam''s central Da Nang City
at an Investment Promotion Conference in Yokohama, Japan yesterday.
