Solar power projects start construction

Phu Khanh Solar Power JSC co-operated with provincial authorities of the central coastal province of Phu Yen to organise groundbreaking ceremonies for two solar power plants – Xuan Tho 1 and Xuan Tho 2 on Tuesday.
