In economies with the most significant progress in their GII innovation ranking over time, Viet Nam was first among 29 lower-middle-income countries and third in Southeast Asia.
Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Tran Viet Thanh held a working
session with General Director of the World Intellectual Property
Organisation (WIPO) Francis Gurry on Wednesday to discuss further
collaboration between the two sides.
