Vietnamese conglomerate Vingroup said on Tuesday it has entered into a share swap agreement to merge its retail and agriculture arms with Masan Consumer Holdings, to the country’s biggest retail company.
VinEco, the agriculture arm of VinGroup, expects to expand its distribution network three times to more than 3,500 supermarkets and convenient stores in 2018, a source from VinEco said.
