Moody’s upgrades ratings of 14 Vietnamese banks

 Moody’s Investors Service on Tuesday upgraded the ratings of 14 Vietnamese banks, driven by its upgrade of Vietnam’s sovereign rating to Ba3 from B1 late last week.
