Viet Nam National Coal and Minerals Group (Vinacomin or TKV) plans to earn VND128 trillion (US$5.49 billion) in 2019, of which nearly VND69 trillion will come from coal production.
Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung asked the Viet Nam National Coal and Minerals Group (Vinacomin) to focus on labour and environmental safety as it develops a specialised management model.
Viet Nam National Coal and Minerals Group (Vinacomin) has targeted coal consumption of some 36 million tonnes in 2018, an increase of 2.5 million tonnes from this year, Dang Thanh Hai, Vinacomin’s general director, said.
