Vietnam Livestock Corporation JSC (VLC), an affiliate of GTNfoods, plans to buy two million shares of Vinamilk, the largest dairy producer of Việt Nam listed as VNM on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HoSE).
Viet Nam Livestock Corporation JSC (VLC) announced that it allowed local
food maufacturer GTNFoods (GTN) to buy a 65 per cent stake in the
company at the 2016 general shareholder meeting.
