The Thien Tan Group in Quang Ngai and Nikken Sekken Civil Engineering Limited Company from Japan inked an agreement on a consultancy and planning project for Ly Son Island, 30km offshore from Quang Ngai Province.
The Thien Tan Group will invest VND779 billion (US$34.6 million) in
the Thien Tan eco-urban zone project and Thien But Park in the
central Quang Ngai Province.
