VN firms need to work hard to maximise opportunities from TPP

The Trans-Pacific Partnership agreement would bring opportunities for Viet Nam, but they would not by themselves turn into benefits or market strength, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Tran Quoc Khanh has said.
