Retail petrol prices were up by nearly VND500 per litre from 3pm on June 21 following the latest adjustment by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance.
Local retail petrol prices could be adjusted daily instead of every
fortnight in the future, Do Thang Hai, deputy minister of Industry and
Trade, said.
The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on Tuesday asked traders to keep the
current retail petrol prices unchanged while ensuring supply and demand
balance for domestic consumption.
