Marubeni Group from Japan on Thursday kicked off construction on its new paperboard mill project, worth VND4.81 trillion (US$206 million), in the southern province of Ba Ria – Vung Tau.
The Nitori Ba Ria-Vung Tau Company, a subsidiary of Japan''s Nitori
Holdings, was licenced to develop a US$150 million plant manufacturing
wooden furniture in the southern Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province.
PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo) yesterday
signed the EPC Contract (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and
Commissioning) with an international contractor consortium to revamp the
Phu My NH3 and NPK complex.
