The Ministry of Information and Communications decided to appoint Le Nam Tra, MobiFone’s chairman of the member council, to work at the ministry’s office starting Tuesday.

first-half performance.
The Ministry of Information and Communications officially appointed Le
Nam Tra, the general director of the MobiFone Telecommunications
Corporation, as its new chairman on April 21.
