Specific regulations to contractors providing goods and services for petroleum activities should be built to a fair competition for contractors, according to industry insiders.
The Law on Petroleum needs to be amended to promote the development of the oil and gas industry in line with the recently approved marine economic development strategy for 2030 with a vision to 2045, experts have said.
