The Law on Cyber Security conforms with the Constitution and does not hamper the implementation of international treaties to which Viet Nam is a party, Foreign Affairs Ministry Spokeswoman Le Thi Thu Hang said on Thursday.
The cyber security law should be built on a careful assessment of its impacts on businesses and ensure the development of information technology and telecommunications.
