Platinum Victory Pte Co Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Singapore-based automotive group Jardine Cycle and Carriage, plans to buy three million shares of the Refrigeration Engineering Corporation (REE).
Platinum Victory Pte. Ltd, a whollyowned subsidiary of Singapore-based automotive group Jardine Cycle and Carriage (JC&C), has registered to purchase an additional 14.51 million shares of Viet Nam’s largest dairy producer Vinamilk.
The Singapore-based automotive group, Jardine Cycle and Carriage (JC&C), has made additional purchases of Vinamilk’s shares after its maiden US$616.6 million investment on November 10.
