The Viet Nam National Administration of Tourism, Viet Nam Mobile Telecom Services Corporation (MobiFone) and the northwest mountainous province of Ha Giang''s People''s Committee signed a co-operation agreement on Wednesday to develop provincial tourism through digital transformation and smart travel.
