The State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) has asked for the Prime Minister’s approval of Vinamilk’s plan for an Employee Stock Ownership Programme (ESOP) in the 2018-21 period.
Nguyen Duc Tai, chairman and CEO of Mobile World Investment Co (MWG),
is reported to have received 387,700 shares in the company under its
employee stock ownership plan (ESOP), worth around VND42.3 billion (US$2
million).
