The large number of base transceiver stations (BTS) - antenna-like equipment for wireless communication - is creating management risks and blighting the urban landscape in Ha Noi.
The Ha Noi Stock Exchange has launched an electronic bond trading system
(E-BTS). The new system, opened last Thursday, is expected to further
facilitate access and trade by domestic and foreign investors in Viet
Nam''s bond market.
Three major telecommunications service providers, Viettel, the Vietnam

VinaPhone, the third largest Vietnamese mobile network, on July 30,
announced that it successfully conducted tests to increase its 3G
network to download data at a maximum speed of 42Mbps.
