Metfone, the Cambodia-based affiliate of the military-run telecom group Viettel, and Angkok Dairy Products Co.Ltd (Angkormilk), two Vietnamese-invested firms, has signed a strategic cooperation agreement to develop telecommunications services and e- payments in Cambodia.
Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company, or Vinamilk, will spend almost US$11 million to buy its Cambodian partner’s entire stake in Angkor Dairy Product Company Limited (Angkormilk) in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
