A certificate of geographical indication (GI) for the Buon Ma Thuot
coffee trademark in the Central Highlands province of Dak Lak had helped
increase the value of coffee beans shipped abroad, according to the
Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Association.
The Chinese Ministry of Industry and Trade''s Trademark Review and
Adjudication Board has decided to cancel the "Buon Ma Thuot Coffee"
trademark registered by Guangzhou Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Co.
