Viet Nam has exported its fruit to high-standard markets in recent years, such as the US, the European Union and Japan, but increasing export volume is no easy task.
The southern province of An Giang has exported 5.4 tonnes of three-coloured mangoes to Australia for the first time, reported the provincial People’s Committee.
The domestic vegetable and fruit industry in January witnessed a year-on-year increase of 14 per cent in export value to US$230 million, according to the General Statistics Office (GSO).
