The Ministry of Trade on Thursday discussed a proposal to develop a centre to , store and trade raw materials for textile and leather footwear production.
On January 14, the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partner (CPTPP) came into effect in Viet Nam, two weeks after six Pacific Basin Countries, Australia, Canada, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, and Singapore, adopted it.
Since state funds for the national trade promotion scheme are limited,
the relevant ministries, industry associations and enterprises have been
urged to focus on improving the scheme''s efficiency.
