The Ha Noi condominium market had lower new supply volume in the third quarter of this year while the sold units have exceeded new launches, according to CBRE Vietnam''s latest report.

Viet Nam has continuously been listed among the world''s top 30 fastest
emerging global retail markets since 2008, according to the Global
Retail Development Index (GFDI) ranking.
A lack of a master retail plan has caused insecurity and confusion in
the local retail sector, leaving many of them losing market share to
their foreign rivals, independent market analysts have said.
Businesses in southern An Giang Province, who have managed to penetrate
the HCM City, Ha Noi, and central region retail markets, will supply
even more goods next year, local officials said.
