Nearly 60 million mobile phone subscribers in Viet Nam are using only voice and message services, reported the Viet Nam Telecommunications Authority (VNTA) under the Ministry of Information and Communications.
LINE, an application offering free voice calls and message, has announced it will organise “Opening Day” on March 31 to share its plans for Vietnamese market and look for capable workers.
Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has asked the Ministry of Information and
Communications to issue an official document to manage free call and
text message service on the Internet (OTT service)
