Despite developments in human resources in the information technology (IT) sector, many Vietnamese firms still start up in other countries, such as the United States, Singapore , and Japan.
The Viet Nam ICT Press Club announced the top 10 ICT events in 2017 on Thursday. This is the result voted for by more than 50 journalists in the information technology sector, from some 40 media agencies nationwide.
