The local retail community has asked the Government to develop policies
to help the industry compete with foreign counterparts as a more liberal
trade environment has intensified competition in recent years.
To effectively utilise opportunities through free trade agreements
(FTAs) provinces and cities should launch databases on foreign-invested
enterprises and domestic suppliers.
