Foreign-invested e-commerce floors doing business in Việt Nam must supplement their business licenses before January 1 next year if they have not provided enough according to regulations.
HCM City''s Department of Planning and Investment is expected to
implement the use of an electronic ISO system for processing investment
certificates before January 15.
