Fruit and vegetable exports are likely to achieve the Government''s
target of US$1.65 billion this year, according to the Ministry of
Industry and Trade.
Viet Nam expects to gain US$1 billion from exporting fruit and
vegetables this year, according to the Viet Nam Vegetable and Fruit
Association (Vinafruit).
Exports of vegetables and fruits for the year up to September 15 shot
up by 46.7 per cent year-on-year to US$724 million, according to the
customs department.
Fruit and vegetable exports this year are expected to increase to US$1
billion from $829 million last year, according to the Fruits and
Vegetables Association (Vinafruit).
