The Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) and the Vietnam
Datacommunication Company (VDC) are jointly providing electronic billing
for customers using information technology and telecom services in Da
Nang City.
It will take at least a week to repair the broken Asia-America Gateway
(AAG) undersea cable which connects Viet Nam with other countries for
Internet access.
