The Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (SBIC) begins operations this
month as part of the restructuring of the heavily indebted Viet Nam
Shipbuilding Industry Group (Vinashin).
The Ha Long Shipbuilding Co Ltd, a member of the
Viet Nam Shipbuilding Industry Group (Vinashin), started work on
Wednesday on the construction of four tugs for Damen Shipyards Group of
Holland.
