MoIT proposes to resolve Thai Binh 2 power plant’s difficulties

The Ministry of Industry and Trade has sent a document to Prime Minister following PetroVietnam’s proposal to use US$107.7 million from its provision cost to complete the much-delayed Thai Binh 2 plant.
