The Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority has reported that Halotel, Viettel’s subsidiary, has achieved a 10 per cent of market share equivalent to 3.8 million subscribers within just two years of inception.
Viettel Tanzania Limited Company (Halotel) is completing an IPO prospectus and corporate valuation in preparation for its IPO filing on the Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange (DSE) in Tanzania this month, Viettel Global reported.
Viettel Tanzania has helped Tanzania Investment Centre (TIC) win the
award for the Best Investment Project 2014 in East, Central and West
Africa Region, held in Dubai.
